(1) Vendor needs to provide senior and long–term care nutrition program service to the government authority located in Schenectady, NY.– County senior and long–term care services is seeking an entity to provide efficient and cost–effective home delivered meals and operations of three congregate meal sites throughout county.– Services are targeted to those in greatest social and economic need with particular attention to participants that are low–income, underserved and underrepresented, older adults in rural communities, older adults with limited English proficiency, and older adults at risk of institutional care.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) This is a brief information; Main RFP Document is not available on our website.
