(1) Vendor needs to provide image right document management systems. • Image Right software subscription, including Optical Character Recognition (OCR), maintenance, support, and licensing, Image Right concurrent licenses, and training, may request additional services related to Image Right as needed for document management.• Ability to provide enhancements and licensing to assist with Image Right activities including to Image Right application programming interfaces (APIs) to interface, integrate, and troubleshoot third–party or in–house developed applications.• Packaged imaging systems (scanners, servers, optical disks, etc.).• Application development, support, maintenance, and monitoring.• Electronic payment processing services.• Help desk (Level I – all services).• End–user computing, including desktop, mobile, and LAN–attached multi–function devices.• Network support, including WAN/LAN support outside of the State data centers, voice/phone support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026(3) The contract period will be for three years.
