(1) Vendor needs to provide sponsored programs administration software as a service.– A sponsored programs administration (SPA) software as a service (SaaS) platform.– Pre–award and post–award functions, and ability to pull robust data from the system for external analyses by multiple tams across campus.– Development, management, and routing that allows principal investigators (PIs) and Research and Sponsored Programs (RSP) staff to create, edit, and organize proposal records.– Electronic routing and approvals internally.– Direct submission of proposals to federal platforms e.g., grants.gov, eRA Commons.– Post–Award functions and reporting via award records to allow for non–financial management during the award period, subaward oversight, and reporting for award closeout– System–to–System (S2S) integrations with Workday.– Integration with Cayuse Inventions intellectual property management module.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
