(1) Vendor needs to provide solid waste and recyclable materials collection services to the government authority located in Mandan, ND.– Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform municipal solid waste and recyclable materials collection services.– Collect municipal solid waste from all (8) designated dumpsters 4 –2yard and 4 –4yard at the main complex once per week.– Collect recyclable materials from the (1) 2yard at the Main Complex dumpster once every other week.– Empty all dumpsters at each location during a single visit to ensure service consistency.– Remove and properly dispose of all trash and debris inside and around dumpsters.– Transport all collected materials to an approved disposal or recycling facility.– Ensure no overflow conditions occur due to contractor negligence.– Maintain clean and safe surroundings after each collection.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for total Small Business.
