CONS-22400 - USA (San Antonio, California) - Landscape and Litter Removal Labor Services - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide landscape and litter removal labor services to the government authority located in San Antonio, CA.• All Contractor personnel shall report to work in clean, professional, and readily identifiable uniforms consisting of, at a minimum, a shirt and full–length pants• The Contractor shall maintain an adequate inventory of uniforms to ensure that all personnel are consistently dressed in clean, presentable attire and that replacement uniforms are available as needed.• The Contractor shall maintain an adequate inventory of uniforms to ensure that all personnel are consistently dressed in clean, presentable attire and that replacement uniforms are available as needed• Personal electronic devices, including phones, tablets, headphones, and other multimedia devices, shall not be used while performing services unless required for work–related purposes and authorized by agency• Litter removal services shall be performed following major rain events or as otherwise requested by agency• Turf Area Maintenance – Turf maintenance may include mowing, edging, trimming, weed eating, turf fertilization, weed control, core aeration, and debris removal.• Weeds shall be removed by mechanical methods, including hand pulling and hand tools, or by approved chemical methods, including hand–pump sprayers, spot treatment, and cut–stump treatment• Tree and Shrub Care. Tree and shrub care may include fertilization; maintenance of tree wells; pruning of trees, ornamental trees, shrubs, and perennials; clearance and visibility trimming; staking; weed control; mulching; parking lot and hard–surface weed control; and assistance with insect and disease control under River Authority oversight and direction(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026(4) Non–mandatory pre–submittal Conference will be held on July 21, 2026
