The City of Independence, Missouri, Power and Light Department is requesting statements of qualifications from experienced consulting engineering firms to provide Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services for two 345kV switchyards, to be connected by approximately 10 miles of 345kV double circuit transmission line.
