CSE-24027 - USA (Commerce, Colorado) - Security and Access Control Maintenance and Support Services - Deadline July 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security and access control maintenance and support services to the government authority located in Commerce, CO. – Provide maintenance, repair, parts replacement, and technical support for the agency’s existing hirsch velocity security and access control systems, along with all associated physical security infrastructure.  • Maintenance and repair services (As Needed):– Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing access control system components.– Provide on–site support when directed by the agency for: Door hardware, Door access controllers, Electronic strikes, sensors, and related infrastructure, Gates, Badge readers, Intercoms and Control and communications cabling.– Ad hoc replacement of failed or failing components.– Scheduled service when requested by the agency.– Emergency service outside business hours at designated rates.• Hardware, parts and consumables: supply replacement hardware compatible with the agency's existing system, including:– Badge readers– Door strikes– Panic hardware– Controllers and control boards– Cables and connectors– Intercom components– Power supplies• Software and licensing support: – Hirsch Velocity licensing renewals.– Pass–through support or coordination with software manufacturers.• Support services: – Remote support (24×7) for Hirsch velocity issues.– On–site support during standard agency business hours, after–hours support as requested and billed per approved rates.– Service reporting: After each service call, vendor must provide a summary of work performed, parts used, and any recommendations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
