Real Property capital project delivery services

Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) advances Canada’s values and interests internationally, delivers international programs and administers Canada’s international aid program to alleviate poverty in the developing world and provide humanitarian assistance. The department provides commercial and consular services to Canadians at home and abroad and manages the Government of Canada’s global network of missions. DFATD is the custodian of a diverse international real estate portfolio and delivers real property services to support Government of Canada program objectives through the provision of safe, secure, productive, environmentally sustainable and affordable workplaces and services that function for its employees and partners, while contributing to the support and promotion of Canada’s posture on the world stage. A new procurement vehicle is required to procure services to support a wide range of potential project delivery methods leveraging private sector expertise and capacity, including for investment analysis, architecture and engineering design, property maintenance and construction to meet ongoing DFATD needs. DFATD requires various categories of professional service experts with experience in the management and administration of real property to support the delivery of capital projects.
