CLEANING-14224 - USA (Knoxville, Tennessee) - Tower Cleaning Services - Deadline November 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide tower cleaning services to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.• Capable of performing scheduled cooling tower cleaning, disinfection, debris removal, inspection support and related services• Cooling tower cleaning services will consist of:– Cooling tower basin cleaning– Removal of sludge, sediment, biological growth, debris, and loose scale– Fill cleaning and washdown– Drift eliminator cleaning– Distribution deck, hot water basin, spray nozzle, and header cleaning– Strainer and screen cleaning– Tower casing and accessible internal surface cleaning– Chemical cleaning when approved/needed by the University– Biological disinfection before, during, or after cleaning when directed– Vacuuming, pumping, pressure washing, and debris removal– Collection and proper handling of solids, sludge, and wastewater– Before–and–after photo documentation– Written service reports and deficiency notes– Recommendations for repairs, fill replacement, access improvements, or follow–up cleaning– Perform wye strainer cleaning after water flow has been established for one hour(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Mandatory Pre–Proposal Conference will be held on October 26, 2026.
