(1) Vendor needs to provide station alerting system replacement.– Alerting system with a current–generation, IP–based, highly available platform that can support present operational needs and future growth.– The system must provide rapid and intelligible alerting, reduce dependence on single points of failure, support multiple notification channels, and provide reliable interfaces to dispatch, radio, paging, mobile, and Airport IT systems.• Confirm network, VLAN, IP addressing, PoE, fibre, UPS, rack–space, grounding, environmental, and cybersecurity requirements with Airport IT. • Develop a detailed system design, device schedule, network architecture diagram, interface–control document, power/UPS plan, and cutover plan for County approval prior to installation. • Automated text–to–speech (TTS) with natural, intelligible voice output and administrator–controlled pronunciation dictionaries. • Optional speech–to–text (STT) or transcription/parsing capability were useful for dispatch data ingestion, radio capture, or supplemental display. • Configurable alert tones by incident type, unit, priority, or zone. • Gradual/ramped audio and configurable day/night profiles to reduce abrupt alerting while maintaining intelligibility. • Support current iOS and Android devices. • Provide secure authentication and role–based access. • Deliver incident notifications with relevant text information and configurable push notifications.
