(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising display supplies to the government authority located in Tulsa, OK. – Install custom display solutions for advertising in the terminal building.– These are all indoor applications of displays.– Displays must be capable of color video with a high enough resolution to read text from thetypical viewer’s distance.– Displays must be appropriately bright to be clearly seen during the daytime.– Displays must be capable of receiving an HDMI input from our content players.– Displays must have network management and monitoring.– Agency need to be able to send a command to reboot the display over the network– Agency need to have some form of network monitoring to alert us when the display thinks it has an issue. The alert can be SNMP, email, or an API connection to ConnectWise Manage. If there’s another method of alert, please include it.– Displays must be serviceable. We want a solution where we can easily find parts. We do not want to replace an entire custom solution every time something goes wrong.– If you are able too, please include some renderings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
