Communications support:– This includes digital ads to be used for promotion and a social media toolkit that can be used by advocates to amplify campaign priorities and message.2. Digital ad promotion:– Purchase digital ads to increase awareness and urgency among policymakers to influence funding decisions during budget decision–making time.3. Media engagement:– Partner with agency to help organize press events to promote funding priorities and place targeted stories in various media outlets across the state.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on September 23, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
