EQU-19215 - USA (Washington, DC) - System Management Services for the Traffic Signal Controller Replacement Project - Deadline September 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide system management services for the traffic signal controller replacement project including preparing traffic signal (TS) drawings, dial sheets; developing controller database; programming conflict monitors; performing virtual testing of new advanced transportation controller; testing signal cabinets; supervising and validating controller operations of new advanced transportation controller during bench and field acceptance testing; conducting integration testing and remote observations for signal operations, communications, intersection and cabinet display of field–installed to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Developing Risk Register identifying potential risks to project completion.– Develop new conventions and standards for dial sheet formatting including the conversion process from Force Offs to Splits.– Developing and maintaining an Implementation Tracker template for tracking the implementation of groups of controllers.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
