(1) Vendor needs to provide weapons, optics and holsters service to the government authority located in Newport News, VA.A. Furnish Glock Model 45 COA generation 6 weapons as specified in this IFB.B. Furnish Glock Model 45 generation 6 weapons as specified in this IFB.C. Furnish Sarfariland 6360RDS and SOLIS holsters.D. Provide trade–in credit for used Glock Model 45 weapons, Gen 5, 9mm (9x19) Caliber, AMGLO Bold Orange Front Sights, Standard (3) 17–Round Magazines, Standard 5.5lb trigger, approximately 4 to 5 years old and in excellent condition.E. Provide trade–in credit for used (32) GLOCK Model 45 MOS AMGLO Bold Orange Fron Sights (9x19) Standard (3) 17 Round.F. Provide trade–in credit for used Glock Model 21 Standard (3) 13–Round Magazines, Standard Fixed Sights, Standard 5.5lb trigger.G. Provide trade–in credit for used Safariland 7360 holsters.F. A meeting will be held with the awarded Contractor prior to the initial purchase to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and expectations. – All firearms under the contract shall be:A. Glock Model 45Gen6DC8 – Aimpoint COA–NTF/NTR: Standard three (3), Standard, 5.5lb trigger (NO SUBSTITUTE).B. Glock Model 45Gen6 LE AMGLO Bold Orange Front Sights (9x19): Standard three (3), Standard 5.5lb trigger (NO SUBSTITUTE).C. Holster models are for use with the Glock Model 45Gen6 COA and Glock Model 45Gen 6 Fixed sights. See details on Bid form.D. Twenty–five (25) Glock Model 45Gen6 COA and holsters shall be delivered no later than October 16, 2026. All remaining (530) firearms shall be delivered no later than January 29, 2027.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
