(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal engineering services to the government authority located in Elkins Park, PA.– Review subdivision, land development, grading, stormwater, and construction plans forcompliance with Township requirements.– Provide design and technical services for municipal infrastructure, including stormwater systems, roads, bridges, culverts, stream stabilization, and facilities. prepare studies, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and supporting analyses as authorized.– Provide construction administration and observation for authorized projects, including preconstruction meetings, submittal reviews, field reports, payment and change order reviews, and project closeout.– Provide or coordinate surveys, construction staking, easement plats, legal descriptions, and right–of–way plans through appropriately licensed professionals.– Provide computer–aided design (CAD), geographic information system (GIS), mapping, and digital project files in formats compatible with Township systems, including editable source files when applicable.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
