Tuolumne County LAFCO Executive Officer Services

The Tuolumne County Local Agency Formation Commission (Tuolumne LAFCO) seeks proposals from qualified professionals or firms to perform Executive Officer services, including licensed legal, human resources, fiscal support, and agency insurance. The Executive Officer is appointed by, reports to, and serves at the will of the Commission. This position as authorized by Section 56384 of the California Government Code, has responsibility for overall policy development, program planning, fiscal and personnel management, general administration, contract administration and operation of the Local Agency Formation Commission. The Executive Officer will also be responsible to conduct day-to-day business and administration of the Commission, and to make reports and recommendations to the Commission on matters that require the Commission’s consideration and action. This person/firm will serve as an independent contractor to the Commission.
