(1) Vendor needs to provide security guard services to the government authority located in Santa Cruz, CA. • Standard Gear– All armed security guards shall possess a valid Exposed Firearms Permit. • Uniforms– Provide uniforms to security guard personnel. • Communications• Training and Personnel– Assigned security guard staff shall receive initial training by departmental contacts to familiarize them with the requirements of the contract and the duties at each site. • Removal of Security Guards• Experience• Physical Qualifications– Security guards shall be fully capable of performing duties requiring moderate to arduous physical exertion under either normal or emergency conditions.• Mental Qualifications• Patrol Vehicles• Monthly Reports• Dedicated Supervisor(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
