Sarasota County intends to award a sole source procurement with Kompan, Inc. for the provision of KOMPAN playground equipment and spare parts. In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation. The County is not interested in responses from respondents not authorized by Kompan, Inc. to sell these products/services to the County.
