(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic communications and media buying agency service.– Strategic communications and media buying agency smoke free starts service.– Provide one agency to strategically facilitate, execute and evaluate a multi–year area educational communications plan.– Development of a campaign plan inclusive of the campaign goals and scope, guidance on effective media placements, and strategies based on target audience and demographic.– Design of campaign assets that feature culturally appropriate messages and imagery in alignment with identified campaign outcomes.– Coordination with health’s marketing and communications department to develop a campaign dissemination plan, including distribution channels and timelines.– Campaign evaluation report describing dissemination strategies, reach, and other tracked metrics and outcomes.– Development and dissemination of a campaign toolkit to be shared with health partners including health care agencies and organizations serving youth and families.– Providing customized reports, evaluation and other campaign reports and presentations to health throughout the campaign.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
