(1) Vendor needs to provide housing program counsel service to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA. – To provide specialized legal services related to the Corporation’s housing programs.– To serve as Housing Program Counsel with respect to all issues arising any– Program administered in whole or in part by the Corporation, including but not limited to the Low–Income Housing Tax Credit Program, Tax Credit Assistance Program, Risk Share Program, the Program and any other similar and related programs administered.– Assist in the preparation and review of all legal documents and developer correspondence necessary for the administration of the housing programs administered.– Provide legal guidance, document review, and document preparation for the Qualified Contract process.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
