(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based hospital portal tool design, develop, maintain and support service. – Perform design, develop, maintain, and support a robust, secure, and user–friendly web–based portal tool for interaction with agency hospitals. • Design and purpose:– Design, implement, and maintain a web–based portal tool to serve as a centralized platform that facilitates secure communication and data exchange between hospitals and the agency.– Data collection, aggregation, and submission.– Automated and additional work data analytics.• System specifications:– Accepts large data uploads and accommodates multiple formats including delimited files, flat files, Excel files, and PDF documents.– Is scalable to accommodate increased usage and file volumes.– Allows for download of hospital–submitted files by type, event, or hospital system.• Functional capabilities:– A structured process for Hospital data certification.– Role–based access controls with permissions tailored to user function.– Provider and Department access to upload, view, download, and delete their own files.– Integrated data visualizations and dashboards.– Internal data validation and quality assurance protocols.– Aggregation of individual submissions into a combined dataset, when the file type is appropriate.– File versioning and comparison tools.– System–generated correspondence with audit trails.– Document repository with hospital access to notices and supporting materials.– Configurability for updates and revisions based on program or regulatory changes.• Reporting capabilities:– Visual dashboard tools.– Customizable and downloadable reports.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
