Asphalt Pump Track Construction

Notice is hereby given that the City of Moreno Valley (“City”) has determined that all bidders for the future construction of the Moreno Valley Asphalt Pump Track must be pre-qualified prior to submitting a bid on that Project. This prequalification is valid for 1 (one) year and for a single project. It is mandatory that all Contractors who intend to submit a bid, fully complete the prequalification questionnaire, provide all materials requested herein, and be approved by the City to be on the final Qualified Bidder List. Project 801 0058 will include the construction of an asphalt pump track that is currently being designed to be located on a City owned dirt lot. It is located on the northeast corner of Morrison Street and Cottonwood Avenue. The City expects the selected Contractor to meet the following specific Project goals: Construct a well designed, asphalt pump track, which will set Moreno Valley apart from other municipal pump tracks in Southern California. Install a progressive asphalt pump track to service multiple ages and abilities. Provide expertise and guidance to the City during the entire pump track construction. To have a project constructed in a manner that minimized future maintenance requirements.
