(1) Vendor needs to provide professional production and management services. – Produce, manage and execute the events encompassing the agency event. • Event development and management: – The football game, tailgate, halftime, and post–game performances shall take place at the Stadium on a weekend date to be determined and agreed upon.• Team management.• Site coordination and management. • Ticketing: – Utilize a reputable ticketing vendor to sell tickets online and/or use hard copies of tickets for groups.– Employ ticket–taking staff on–site on game day.• General administrative coordination: Coordinate and provide contract administration to any and all agreements related to the production of the event including travel, lodging, food and beverage vendors, product vendors, any other on–site vendors, security, marketing, printing, sponsorships, etc.• Marketing and public relations:– Perform all marketing and promotions for the event.– Promoter shall be responsible for all graphic design related to the Event, including logo, banners, fliers, and any graphics required for advertisements and on–site signage.• Sponsorship:– Work with foods company as the founding/title sponsor for the event.– Provide sponsorship underwriting to cover Event expenses and shall be a party and abide by those terms and conditions of any sponsorship agreement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
