(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud based learning management system capable of serving 60,000+ users across internal staff, external partners, and public learners.     – A centralized digital platform to deliver, track, and manage training and educational content, Key LMS functions for include role–based user management, content hosting, assessment delivery, analytics, accessibility support, and integration with enterprise systems.    • Session scheduling, enrollment management, attendance tracking.• Support for SCORM and xAPI, quizzes, exams, videos, documents, multimedia modules.• Learning paths, prerequisites, and self–paced progression.• Support for virtual instructor–led training with integration with Teams or other collaboration platform, attendance automation, and session analytics.• Mobile enabled learner, instructor, supervisor, and administrator portals.• Describe API rate limits, webhook capabilities, or event–based integration capabilities.• Integrate with enterprise systems including:– REST/API based integrations for applications.– Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO, B2C.– Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom.– Microsoft dynamics CRM.– Content authoring tools such as articulate.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
