Insurance program review:– Review existing insurance programs.– Evaluate current coverage.– Identify coverage gaps.– Recommend improvements.– Evaluate deductibles and limits.– Recommend appropriate insurance structures.2. Insurance brokerage services:– Provide brokerage services for commercial insurance including, but not limited to: Builder's Risk, Excess Liability/Umbrella, Cyber Liability, Professional Liability, Cyber Liability, Crime Insurance, Environmental Liability, Student Health Insurance, Accident Insurance, Foreign Travel Insurance, Special Event Insurance, Flood Insurance, and Other specialized insurance as requested.3. Insurance marketing:– The broker shall: Prepare underwriting submissions, market insurance to qualified insurance carriers, obtain competitive quotations, negotiate premiums, negotiate policy terms, Recommend insurance carriers, and Present comparative analyses.4. Claims advocacy:– Coordinating claims reporting, working directly with carriers, monitoring claims, facilitating claim resolution, assisting with settlement negotiations, providing loss trend analysis, and recommending corrective actions.5. Risk management consulting:– Provide professional consulting including: enterprise risk management (ERM), exposure analysis, risk financing alternatives, benchmarking, insurance program design, emerging risk assessments, coverage analysis, contractual risk transfer recommendations.6. Loss prevention:– Property inspections, loss control recommendations, fire protection reviews, catastrophe preparedness planning and safety consulting.
