(1) Vendor needs to provide move micro–transit expansion services to the government authority located in Trenton, NJ.– Provide transportation to residents within a defined zone of service encompassing multiple municipalities located in the county.– Trip types include first–mile and last–mile connection at public transportation routes, healthcare, employment, and similar social determinants of health needs.– Create a system that maximizes transit accessibility and quality of service by incorporating recent innovations in transit, notably the use of networked ride–hailing and dynamic routing utilized by private services.– Move micro–transit service has branding established, which will be used in advertising, community engagement, vehicle identification, and other communications when referencing the on–demand micro–transit program.– Service should focus on maximizing trip generators and should make recommendations based on their own professional opinion.– Service hours will be Monday–Friday between 6am and 8pm. The Respondent will provide service and ride–scheduling from a mobile app, web portal, and telephone service.– Customer service, sign–up and reservations.– Community, employer engagement, and marketing.– Dispatch Services: Route coordination and dispatch of vehicles based on passenger demand, i.e., requested pick–up and drop–off locations.– Provide a quality service that incorporates high customer service standards, a user–interface system that is customer friendly and that provides for easy sign–up and reservations.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
