DES-2718 - USA (Vallejo, California) - Shredding and Secure Destruction Services - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide shredding and secure destruction services to the government authority located in Vallejo, CA.• The selected contractor will furnish secure collection containers, provide regularly scheduled and on–call service, maintain documented chain of custody, securely destroy approved materials, and provide certificates of destruction.• Containers must be tamper–resistant, clearly labelled for secure destruction, and designed to prevent unauthorized retrieval of deposited material.• Provide multiple container sizes suitable for offices, high–volume work areas, and bulk purge projects.• Provide recurring service at frequencies established by the city, including weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, or other agreed schedules.• Provide on–call and bulk purge services when requested, including temporary containers for records clean–up projects.• Authorized contractor personnel shall maintain control of materials from collection through destruction and shall not leave collected materials unattended or unsecured.• On–site shredding shall be available. If off–site destruction is proposed, the Proposer must fully describe the secure transport, facility controls, access restrictions, tracking, and destruction process.• Assign a primary account representative and backup contact for citywide coordination.• Maintain a current service inventory by department/location, including container type, quantity, and service frequency.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
