New Richmond Exempted Village School District (NREVSD) is seeking proposals for Category 2 Internal Connections equipment (specifically network switches, transceiver optics, stacking cables, and associated software/licensing) to replace aging End-of-Life (EoL) infrastructure across four district school buildings: 1. New Richmond High School (NRHS) 2. New Richmond Middle School (NRMS) 3. Locust Corner Elementary (LCE) 4. Monroe Elementary EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS: Pursuant to FCC/USAC guidelines, all manufacturer part numbers referenced in our attached RFP or line-item requests (Cisco Catalyst 9300X, 9200, 9200L, SFP+ optics, and stacking accessories) represent the District's baseline specifications. Bids for functionally equivalent equipment (e.g., Aruba, Ruckus/CommScope, Extreme, Juniper) with parity features, throughput, PoE budget, and management capabilities will be fully evaluated and accepted. VENDOR DISQUALIFICATION FACTORS: Bids will be disqualified prior to evaluation if any of the following mandatory requirements are not met: 1. Vendor does not possess an active E-Rate Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN). 2. Vendor is not in good standing ("Green Light" status) with the FCC/USAC. 3. Proposal fails to include "or equivalent" pricing if non-baseline hardware is quoted. 4. Proposal is submitted past the explicit 28-day deadline specified in the RFP. 5. Proposal requires full upfront payment without supporting the SPI (Service Provider Invoice - Form 474) billing process. BILLING & DELIVERY: All equipment delivered under this contract must be itemized by physical site (Billed Entity Number) on all invoices.
