NASA/NSSC has a requirement for GE FMS NavData – 1 Year/13 AIRAC Cycles – Year (28–day updates) and JeppesenAirport Data for Boeing OPT.NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to JEPPESEN FOREFLIGHT, INC., 55 Inverness DR E,Englewood, Colorado 80112–5412 under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined thatJEPPESEN FOREFLIGHT, INC. is the sole provider of GE FMS NavData – 1 Year/13 AIRAC Cycles – Year (28–dayupdates) and Jeppesen Airport Data for Boeing OPTNASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ ArmstrongFlight Research Center (AFRC).The Government intends to acquire Commercial items or services using the provisions, clauses and proceduresprescribed in FAR Part 12 for CommercialThe NAICS Code for this procurement is 518210.Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to theidentified point of contact not later than 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 10/22/2026. Suchcapabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct thisprocurement on a competitive basis.
