(1) Vendor needs to provide annual event producer and project manager service. • Manage production timelines for the program book, signage, badges, maps, room signs, sponsor recognition, slides, and other event assets.• Manage printing, delivery, inventory, and placement of materials.• Support post–event survey administration, production debrief, expense reconciliation, and recommendations.• Translate the program agenda into room assignments, transitions, production needs, and participant flow• Uploading materials, bios, and headshots to the chosen event platform for all associated sessions• Coordinate catering, AV, room configurations, transportation, printing, photography/video, and other vendors.• Develop and maintain the master Gathering workplan, production calendar, and deadlines. • Track responsibilities, decisions, dependencies, and outstanding needs.
