(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in West Tisbury, MA.– Dust and clean all horizontal and vertical surfaces including, but not limited to televisions, monitors, cabinets, tables, chairs, counters, bookcases, lockers, vending machines, closets, shelves, radiators, HVAC air registers, air grilles and diffusers, windowsills, doorsills, baseboards, banisters, non–operational consoles and workstations, and wall–mounted fixtures. – Clean and remove all spots, stains, smudges, fingerprints, marks, and other streaks.– Clean tables and non–fabric chairs, modular partitions and furniture, ledges, windowsills, handrails, doorframes, doors, and walls.– All fabric covered walls are to be cleaned as needed using manufacturer’s recommended techniques.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for total Small Business.
