(1) Vendor needs to provide donor capacity and city giving analysis consultant services to the government authority located in Novi, MI.– Complete a comprehensive donor capacity and giving analysis for the community. – The purpose of this engagement is to help the city understand the potential level of private philanthropic support available for future municipal projects and initiatives. • Giving Trends Analysis: Review historical and current giving patterns to identify areas of philanthropic interest.• Donor Capacity Estimates: Provide an estimate of community–wide donor capacity and potential giving levels.• Prospect Identification: Identify and profile potential major donors with the capacity to contribute.• Final Report & Presentation: Deliver a written report and present key findings and recommendations to City leadership.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
