(1) Vendor needs to provide locksmith services to the government authority located in Houston, TX.– Provide 24/7 emergency service with same day response time. – Install, repair, and maintain:– Install, repair, and maintain commercial lockable hardware, such as doors, automatic electric doors, windows, lockers, and magnetic keying systems.– Maintain master key system.– Maintain, clean, adjust, calibrate, and service equipment.– Produce:– Produce and modify hardware for locks.– Design:– Design master key system.– Design, implement, and maintain preventative maintenance programs.– Day to day operations:– Respond to emergency calls for repairs and service within one (1) business day.– Assist in the writing of specifications for repairs, remodels, and new construction.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 7, 2026.
