NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery, intends to award a sole source contract to Radformation, Inc for the installation and integration of ClearCheck, AutoContour (FDA cleared), and QuickCode with our existing clinical systems. G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery requires automated plan–checking, Al contouring, and billing quality–assurance tools that integrate with our existing treatment planning system and oncology information system. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties who believe they can meet the Government s requirements must provide clear evidence of authorized capability to fully integrated platform that combines TG–275 based plan evaluation, automated constraint checking, FDA–cleared Al contouring, collision and documentation automation, and Oncology Information System integrated billing QA within a single, unified workflow.
