EXTRA-77449 - USA (Linden, New Jersey) - Planning Services - Deadline November 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide planning services to the government authority located in Linden, NJ.– Provide Planning Services, including but not be limited to:• Identify potential county, state and federal funding sources that are responsive to theneeds of the City.• Prepare all necessary grant applications requested by the City, based on #i above.• Prepare any and all reports required by the funding agencies for all grants received.• Prepare redevelopment plans as needed in accordance with the New Jersey LocalRedevelopment and Housing Law.• Identify Regional Contribution Agreements with sending municipalities in accordancewith regulations of the Council on Affordable Housing(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
