(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising and media buying services.– Provide strategic advertising, creative, media, digital performance marketing, research, analytics and related services.– Supporting a high–volume annual fair, live entertainment, year–round events, venue rentals, educational and community programs, and other district priorities.– Develop an integrated, audience–centered and measurable approach for each assigned property or campaign.– Developing strategies for acquisition, retention, reactivation, frequency, cross–promotion and conversion rather than treating first–time visitation as a stand–alone initiative.– Conducting or coordinating market, audience, brand, creative, media–consumption and customer–experience research approved by the district.– Brand strategy, campaign concepts and creative development.– Broadcast, connected–television and online–video spots; short–form vertical and horizontal video, pre–roll, motion graphics, cutdowns and platform–native variations.– Paid–social, search, display, native, rich–media, digital–out–of–home, print, outdoor, point–of purchase, collateral and promotional materials.– Developing objective–based media plans with audience, geography, timing, channel role, reach, frequency, investment, fee and performance rationale.– Digital performance marketing and continuous optimization.– Multicultural, multilingual, inclusive and accessible communications.– Promotions, partnerships, creators and special projects.– Artificial intelligence and emerging technology.– Account management, staffing and event–critical support.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
