(1) Vendor needs to provide demolition services to the government authority located in Marietta, GA. – Pre–construction planning and site investigation – Building and site condition assessments – Existing utility verification and coordination – Demolition sequencing – Multi–building site logistics – Equipment staging and mobilization – Building and structural demolition – Foundation and slab removal – Removal of paving and site improvements – Utility disconnects and abandonment – Traffic and pedestrian control – Site security and access control – Demolition debris removal – Recycling and material diversion, where applicable (2) A mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 31st, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4th,2026.
