(1) Vendor needs to provide firefighter occupational health, wellness, and physical examinations services to the government authority located in Pigeon Forge, TN.– Core physical exam components:– Medical history and physical exam: comprehensive physical evaluation covering head or neck, cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal, skin cancer screening, neurological, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and hernia evaluation.– Vital signs and body composition: blood pressure, pulse, height, weight, BMI, and body composition or bio–impedance analysis.– Diagnostic screening: 12–lead electrocardiogram (EKG) resting and vo2max testing, spirometry or pulmonary function testing (PFT), chest x–rays (interpreted by a board–certified radiologist) on 1/3 of all members.– Laboratory Panels: Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP), Complete Blood Count (CBC) with differential, Lipid panel with coronary risk ratio, Haemoglobin A1C, Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH), Urinalysis, PSA for males (Age ≥40) CA–125 for females, and faecal occult blood/colorectal screening to all full–time employees that wish to receive the examination.– Advanced and specialized screenings:– Full–Body or targeted ultrasound (carotid, thyroid, abdominal organs, pelvic, testicular, echocardiogram).– Behavioural Health: Confidential behavioural health assessments, mental health surveys, and 1–on–1 telehealth or in–person consultations with responder trained clinicians.– Confidentiality, reporting, and workflow:– Two–phase Process: Blood/lab draws conducted 2–4 weeks prior to physical exams to ensure lab results are available for 1–on–1 provider consultations.– All medical records are kept strictly confidential by the provider in a secure electronic portal accessible by the individual employee, physician, and human resources.
