CONS-22304 - USA (Indianapolis, Indiana) - Architect and Engineering Services - Deadline August 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide architect and engineering services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.• Development of Owner Program: The Architect/Engineer will be responsible to work with the representatives of the College in the developing the program to meet the needs and to utilize that program to design the facilities to meet the program requirements• Owner will hold one (1) contract with the Architect/Engineer firm. When agreement is reached on the exact scope of work, the Owner and the Architect/Engineer firm will proceed to negotiate the cost of service that is fair and reasonable to both parties• Proposed Architect/Engineer Project Team members, including Principal–in–Charge, Project Manager, Project Architect, Project Mechanical Engineer, Project Electrical Engineer, Geotechnical, and Landscape Architect, and other staff necessary to complete the scope of work required for the project(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026
