(1) Vendor needs to provide program broker and administrator services to the government authority located in North Carolina.• The program broker and administrator for the supplemental benefits program.• Implement, and administer a suite of voluntary dental, vision, life insurance, and identity protection benefits for eligible Retirees and other eligible benefit recipients.• The program’s strategic objective is to offer high–value, retirement–appropriate products that materially strengthen retirees’ financial security, stability, and everyday experience.• Provide meaningful and durable protection; clear and accessible plan designs and communications; predictable premiums and benefits; and simple enrollment, billing, and support.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026.
