(1) Vendor needs to provide Audio–Visual (AV) infrastructure modernization service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – provide reliable hybrid meeting capability, improve user experience, and ensure secure, centrally managed AV systems.– Provide a one–cable laptop connection (preferably USB–C) for video/audio/camera accessto include charging.– Deploy user–friendly, plug–and–play AV solution that avoids reliance on a dedicated in–room computer and allows for quick participation to commercially supported platforms like Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco Webex, etc sessions.– Replace existing digital signage system that integrates with proposed AV solution.– Enhanced meeting experience with improved audio, video, and presentation quality.– Accurate documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to support continued operations.– Avoid unnecessary custom programming; no custom control pages unless absolutely necessary;configuration over customization; repeatable, modular design.
