EDUCATION-19113 - USA (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) - Security Guard Training Service - Deadline December 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security guard training service to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA. – Design a security guard training program certification process and assist the City with the development of regulations and guidelines concerning the implementation, administration and enforcement of the Ordinance. – This includes creating an application procedure, application evaluation process, supportive materials, and training for City staff.– Develop minimum standards for training providers and programs– Identify minimum qualifications for Program Directors and instructors.– minimum curriculum standards for the required 12–hour course and the supplemental 12–hour course for hospitals, universities, or colleges. – The curriculum standards shall identify mandatory and optional topics, minimum instructional time for each topic, learning objectives, and instructional methods.– Standards for language access, reasonable accommodations, and student competency assessment.– Minimum quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) requirements for approved training providers.– Recommendations for instructor and student recertification and/or continuing education requirements.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on November 9, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.(4) The contract period will be three years.
