ASL Interpretation Services

The contractor will provide interpreting services for people with hearing impairment at all required public meetings (i.e. SICC Quarterly Meetings) and during meetings or early intervention service delivery with families who need interpretation services. * 24 hours / 7 days a week / 365 days per year on call interpreting services for the deaf, including holidays * 5 - 10 minute response, 30 - 45 minute arrival time * main phone number for services (601) 201-2577; back-up number if needed (601) 201-5939 for interpreting services between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (for interpreting services rendered) with a two-hour window for interpreting services between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (for interpreting services rendered) with a two-hour minimum. $55.00 an hour for weekends and holiday services, which includes New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day $55.00 an hour for interpreting services for Press Conferences between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00p.m. with a two-hour minimum. Compensation payable no later than 30 days from billing date.
