STAFF-16591 - USA (Utica, New York) - Nurse Practitioner Services - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide nurse practitioner services to the government authority located in Utica, NY.• The nurse practitioner shall provide the county with medical and public health consultation and services regarding a variety of areas and programs when required including, but not limited to: treatment of tuberculosis patients; review of hearing and vision screening exams; patient treatment during communicable disease outbreaks; review of records for the physically handicapped children’s program; coverage for the county diagnostic and treatment clinic when the county medical director or their substitute is unavailable; and, provide medical and public health consultation as needed by the county from time to time.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
