MRB-56137 - USA (South Carolina) - Technical and Creative Production Services for Capital Campaign Event - Deadline September 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide technical and creative production services for capital campaign event including the corresponding graphic media design and scenic fabrication.– Technical Production Partner who will serve as a creative collaborator, integrating scenic, lighting, video, and content into a cohesive guest experience and aligning all technologies with event goals.– Motion graphics and animation design that fully utilize the proposed screens and support the event narrative. Using the Campaign Brand Guide, the partner will create stage visuals, animated backgrounds, screen transitions, title cards, lower thirds, interactive displays, and theatrical show moments.– Technical production services, including all gear and crew for audio, lighting, video, sound, and staging. This includes sourcing equipment, supplying a premium crew, assigning a dedicated Technical Director, executing all AV components for guest environments and main‑stage programming, fulfilling talent riders, managing rigging, and producing 3D stage renderings, CAD floor plans, and technical drawings as requested.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on August 10, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
