(1) Vendor needs to provide animal shelter operation and optional lease service to the government authority located in Billings, MT.     – The Animal Shelter and has kennels for dogs, cats, and other small animals; a surgery area; grooming facilities; food preparation; and laundry area.– This includes to animal housing (kennels), washers and dryers, surgical equipment, food, cleaning supplies, and all other resources required to operate the animal shelter.– Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, and materials necessary to perform the services described.– The operation and optional lease of its animal shelter facility, located.– The shelter is owned by the handles all animal control operations.– The successful proposer may elect to lease the city–owned animal shelter located.   (2) The contract period will be for five years.
