(1) Vendor needs to provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services to the government authority located in Martinez, CA.– Provide professional Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) engineering services, including all necessary incidental services.– Coordinate and obtain approvals from all applicable Authorities Having Jurisdiction, including agency building departments and any other regulatory agencies as required.– MEP surveys and field investigations.– MEP analysis and recommendations.– Preparation of MEP calculations.– Development of details, drawings, and specifications.– Construction phase services, including field observations.– Preparation of construction cost estimates.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
