(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search firm services for president and chief executive officer recruitment to the government authority located in Montebello, CA. – Provide executive search firms and consultants to conduct a comprehensive national search for its next president and chief executive officer.– Leadership Profile and Position Description:• Develop a leadership profile that identifies the experience, competencies, management capabilities, leadership style, and personal attributes required for success, extending beyond minimum education and employment qualifications.• Develop compelling recruitment materials that accurately present mission, organizational scale, communities, leadership opportunity, and expectations.– Search Strategy and Recruitment:• Develop a comprehensive national recruitment and outreach strategy designed to identify both actively seeking and currently employed prospective candidates.• Provide an inclusive sourcing strategy designed to produce a broad and highly qualified candidate pool.– Candidate Assessment and Due Diligence:• Receive and review applications and resumes and evaluate candidates against board–approved selection criteria.• Verify relevant education, professional credentials, employment history, and other material representations.• Conduct appropriate references, background, public–record, regulatory, litigation, and media reviews consistent with applicable law and candidate authorization.– Candidate Slate and Interview Support:• Recommend and finalize a structured interview and evaluation process.– Search Administration and Communication:• Provide written status reports at least twice each month and more frequently during active candidate–review and finalist stages.• Conduct sufficient meetings to solicit needed input, maintain alignment, and keep authorized participants informed of progress.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
