PM-23957 - USA (Port Charlotte, Florida) - Utilities Bills and Notices Printing and Mailing Services - Deadline October 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide utilities bills and notices printing and mailing services to the government authority located in Port Charlotte, FL.– There are approximately 800,000 bills, and 120,000 Urgent (Delinquent Reminder) Notices per year.1. Bills and notices will be delivered daily (Monday through Friday) by 10 a.m. (EST), through a .pdf file to an FTP site.2. All bills and notices will be printed on one (1) side utilizing 8.5” x 11” paper, folded, inserted into envelopes, and delivered to the USPS on the same day that the .pdf file is posted to the FTP site.3. All printing will be in black ink. On the County provided paper for the bills, the blue ink is already printed on the front and the black ink is already printed on the back.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
