(1) Vendor needs to provide Walmart gift cards services to the government authority located in Houston, TX.– Provide six hundred (600) Walmart gift cards valued at $10.00 each, for a total face value of $6,000.00.– Gift cards will be used as patient incentives and enablers to support individuals receiving tuberculosis treatment.– Cards will assist patients with essential needs, including purchasing food before taking TB medication and other allowable necessities that support their ability to attend clinic appointments and complete treatment.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 29,2026.
